Successful life requires a team effort
Everyone needs support and assistance to live a successful life. For individuals with developmental disabilities, that help requires more formal organization. Along with their families and the Interdisciplinary team, Capitol City Residential Health Care is a vital part of the support team for many individuals throughout Indiana. Health and safety is only the beginning of what you should expect from a residential provider.
We assist individuals in working on their short-term and long-term goals, while making sure that their day-to-day life is safe, healthy and as fulfilling as possible. The physical and mental well-being and dignity of each person is vital to us. It's not enough to just get by, every individual has the right to thrive. We refer to our direct care staff persons as “teaching partners,” because in addition to being caregivers, they teach and partner with each individual, taking the additional steps necessary to help individuals achieve increased independence, improved self-esteem and the highest possible quality of life.
